Exciting leader in International Education for more than 20 years, I developed and enhanced global initiatives in order to improve the sustainable international character of the institutions with which I have been associated. I have extensive knowledge of international development and a proven track record of success building alliances, growing global programs through marketing, recruitment and admissions strategies, innovative curricular design and stakeholders engagement. Having lived and led operations in Europe and North America with growing and ultimately global responsibilities, I am usually described as a forward-thinking, creative and passionate woman who thrives on putting strategy into action, has the ability to demonstrate professionalism and collegiality in a team environment, value human relations and pursue changes.
In this session, we will develop how innovative Gap year programs can help the young generation to have a different perspective on their life and how these type of programs are an answer to the challenges that students are facing today.
